NUR 311 - Dimensions of Nursing Practice


This course is one of two transition courses that students in the R.N. to B.S.N. program take for the baccalaureate degree. It focuses on concepts that are client oriented for the baccalaureate-prepared nurse level. Concepts to be emphasized include quality and safety, informatics, nursing roles, social, cultural, and ethical issues in nursing. Course offered spring/summer semester. Prerequisites: Admission to the R.N. to B.S.N. program and/or permission to register.
